Once you have been informed by your attending physician that you are to be discharged from the hospital, please follow the necessary procedures for your discharge before 11:00 am.
Before leaving the hospital:

• You will be advised on any necessary follow-up appointments, further treatment and any specific health care requirement, medication and education upon your discharge.
• Your personal items should be taken with you while leaving the hospital.
• Please make sure you collect all personal items from any drawers and the locker in your room.
• Please do not leave the hospital before you have completed the discharge procedure, and obtained any necessary documents and prescribed medications.
